2019

F2 Strategy launches its Outsourced CTO (OCTO) offering and other successful programs while building for scale.

2023

F2 Strategy acquires Oakbrook Solutions, accepts investment from Renovus Capital, and moves headquarters to Chicago, IL.

2024

F2 Strategy acquires SKY Marketing Consultants to blend best-in-class marketing solutions with technology and MD Solutions to power its back-office support services.

2025

F2 Strategy acquires Aliter Investment Services and HBMJ Consulting, expanding into the asset management and alternative investment markets.

2026

F2 Strategy acquires Meradia and Intelligo Partners, expanding its end-to-end transformation capabilities across asset management and building a strong presence in Canada.
