Who or what inspires you in your job?

One word, success, but not in the typical sense of the word.  Change is often difficult and needs to be accurately assessed and managed, including the human issues and mental health during the process.  Whether it is a de novo start-up, full platform re-invention, the addition of a software product, or procedural and efficiency improvement the client’s ultimate goals inspire me every day for success. Clients come in many shapes and sizes, but I wake up every morning to ensure they succeed. There is nothing that makes me happier than the thank you at the closure of an engagement where my assessments and implementation have achieved their goals going forward.

What does the phrase, “Do Good with Tech” mean to you?

Technology has vastly advanced since the analog days of the financial services industry. Today’s firms require efficient use of all available tools at economics that make sense for their business. Determining and implementing the correct technology for each client drives their success. This allows them to focus on their business and achieve their goals while their technology platform seamlessly handles the rest in the background.

What are three words that describe how you do your job?

Inspiring, Engaging, Adaptable.
