What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now?

I would say, “Keep learning.” Be a sponge with technology. Network. Be a people person. My dad used to say, “It's not what you know; it's who you know.” A strong network can open opportunities. Lastly, Stay Curious and Problem-Solving-Oriented. The computer industry is all about solving complex problems. Cultivate a curious mindset and approach challenges with a problem-solving attitude. Don't be afraid to ask questions and seek help when needed.
