She is an expert in back-office operations, portfolio accounting, performance reporting and coding, while specializing in seamless data conversion, integrations and data analysis. Clara worked with MD Solutions for 13 years as an operations specialist and custom engineer developer, providing the team with a bridge between the custom developments and the front users. She lives in Florida and enjoys camping, reading, art/hands-on projects, gaming, puzzles, and app development.

What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

The most significant changes have been the rise of technology and digitalization in all aspects of finance.  Investors are increasingly considering environmental, social, and governance factors when making investment decisions, reflecting a growing awareness of the impact of businesses on society and the environment. Overall, the industry has evolved to become more dynamic, fast-paced, and interconnected while also seeking sustainability.
