Prior to F2, he spent four years at BBH as an operations productivity analyst which included reporting and workflow analysis (journey mapping) where he identified operational efficiencies, pain points and implemented recommendations aimed at mitigating those findings. From there, he converted to the Private Wealth Technology team and eventually became the head of digital private client experience focused on optimizing client and advisor experiences. His specific areas of expertise include creating and enhancing workflow, redesigning CRMs, launching data warehouses, rolling out new client reporting tools and implementing multi factor authentication strategies.
