With over 16 years of experience in wealth services, Jackie serves as the CWS Senior Manager at F2 Strategy. In this role, she leads a dedicated team to provide exceptional back and middle office outsourced solutions to clients. Her expertise includes portfolio reconciliation, trade settlements, cost basis reconciliation, and performance and composite maintenance. Before joining F2 Strategy, Jackie honed her skills at MD Solutions, where she consistently delivered outstanding results and built lasting client relationships. During her tenure, she provided oversight into all aspects of the investment operational processes, controls, systems and environment. Aside from the day-to-day, she developed best practices and an employee training program. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys cruising, live theater, and cooking. She lives in Cape Coral, FL.

What are three words that describe how you do your job?

I am going to use hyphenated words to double the fun;  “fast-paced”, “deadline-driven” and “multi-tasking”.

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?

I love the problem-solving part of the job, whether it’s internal or helping a client with a specific challenge. Being a leader for process improvement, the goal is to use technology to enhance efficiency and scale thus allow our clients to focus on growing their business. 

What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

Trade settlements moving from T+3 to T+1. The recent change to T+1 has shifted the way the industry has to work.
