Jay resides in the Philadelphia region and is a passionate fan of all Philly sports teams.

What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now?

Work hard. Not because you have to, but because it’s how you’ll learn more. Seek out advice from others, and then decide for yourself if you want to follow it.

Who or what inspires you in your job?

I enjoy working as part of a team and believe the sum is greater than its parts, so I am inspired by working with smart, dedicated people who want to continually make tomorrow better than today.
