Jeff is head of delivery management at F2 Strategy. Previously, he was a senior director of project management and account manager at Rightpoint Consulting, where he oversaw and led teams in website, mobile app, intranet and custom application development for clients such as SeaWorld, Trex, University of Chicago and many others. He acted as a coach to the teams and a point of escalation for clients, ensuring high quality delivery. Additionally, he helped drive delivery standardization as well as training on project management and consulting.
Jeff is a self-taught musician playing guitar, bass and drums (not at the same time). He resides in Elmhurst, Illinois.
My first job as a web designer was with a healthcare .com. Just saying that it was a .com ages me, however, one of the benefits our clients and employees got was free Compuserve dial-up internet access. I thought I was living the dream!
Client focused success
To me, doing good with tech means creating incredible experiences and tools for our clients to work better their clients. Technology should enable automation and efficiency, freeing advisors to focus on creating lasting, deep relationships with their clients.
