What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

The move to T+2 (soon to be T+1)

Who or what inspires you in your job?

I’m inspired by the opportunities to engage with clients on their operating model and business needs as they focus on their client successes. I am also inspired by the support of my family and colleagues.

What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now?

The financial services market is changing so quickly. In the 30 years I have worked in this space I have participated in the conversion to EURO, the move to the T+2 Settlement Cycle and numerous system conversions. Be ready to adapt.
