Justin is Investment Operations Analyst at F2 Strategy. He works closely with clients to ensure fast and accurate delivery of daily reconciliation. He also handles any problems my clients may experience so they can get back to their work as quickly as possible. Justin has always enjoyed working with numbers and problem solving. He is originally from Minnesota and moved to Southwest Florida in 2017.

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?

Working with clients. Every firm or company has different needs but they all have a common goal which is to maximize returns for their clients.  It's enjoyable to work with each person to help them achieve their end goals.

Who or what inspires you in your job?

I have always found the stock market to be fascinating. Everyone is a cog in the wheel, I think it's fun to be a part of each client’s team to help them in every way I can.
