Laura Korbel is the president of F2 Strategy where she is responsible for the day-to-day business and ensuring thoughtful and efficient growth while delivering industry-leading client outcomes. Laura strongly advocates Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging and fosters a culture of authenticity, well-being, career growth and empowerment. Laura has over 20 years of delivering enterprise digital experiences and agile transformations in the technology and digital consultancy sectors. Before coming to F2 Strategy, Laura was an executive for Rightpoint as their head of operations and project management office. In that role, she focused on delivery across the client portfolios and operational efficiencies to accelerate growth. In her personal life, she loves cooking, reading and enjoys being out on Lake Michigan. She lives in Chicago.
