What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?

I'm excited to help F2 Strategy maximize the opportunities available in its recent and future acquisitions, to help build a culture and environment that supports and enables the team to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.

Want to age yourself? What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

Way back in the day, I took a computer programming class in high school where we used Fortran and COBOL to run simple programs using punch cards. It was a bad day when you dropped your stack of cards, and they got out of order! In my first job out of college, we shared one desktop computer that used large floppy disks and we were excited when the new voicemail system arrived.

What does the phrase, “Do Good with Tech” mean to you?

I believe processes, systems, and technology can and should be leveraged to help advisory teams free up time so they can focus on what matters most: nurturing and deepening relationships with clients, to help them prioritize and achieve what matters most to them.  Ask me about how my financial advisor used their CRM to acknowledge a major milestone in our family's life, and what it meant to me.
