Mike is senior technical analyst at F2 Strategy. With over 35 years of experience in the financial industry, he has worked with banks, brokerage and 401(k) recordkeeper back-office operations. Mike is a seasoned consultant who works comfortably in a business or technology analyst role. Mike has participated in numerous trust operations and trust system integrations, 401(k) recordkeeping migrations, and technology enhancements, primarily in a business or data analyst role. His exceptional interpersonal skills allows him to interact seamlessly with technology and business partners, management and clients. Mike served in the US Air Force, and has now settled with his family in Charlotte where he enjoys cooking, visiting local breweries and spending quality time with his adult children.  

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?  

Being able to provide industry knowledge and expertise to our clients, to assist them in reaching their goals.  

Who or what inspires you in your job?  

Providing the client with deliverables that they might otherwise not be able to accomplish.

What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?  

I remember when PCs were first introduced in our trust operations department, and dial-up was the mode to connect to external sites. Seems crazy how far we have come from those days, where we can now connect from our laptops or mobile devices (which also did not exist back then) to anyone in the world, use them to speak to or have video conferences, with the click of a button.
