Nick Demarco is Staff Accountant at F2 Strategy. He previously worked as a Senior Accountant supporting the daily accounting operations for a number of private equity firms. With over 6 years of experience in the accounting field, Nick has developed a keen ability to manage the general ledger, process transactions, prepare accurate financial reports, and support audits. Outside of work, Nick is an outdoorsman. He enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, skiing, and spending time with his Australian Shepherd. He resides in Troy, NY.

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy? 

I am most passionate about having joined F2 during its growth journey. I thrive in fast-paced environments where change is constant, and where my accounting expertise can directly contribute to building strong financial foundations. The ability to streamline processes, implement effective financial controls, and support decision-making during periods of growth aligns perfectly with my skills and passions. I am honored to be part of a team that is not just keeping pace with growth, but actively shaping it through thoughtful financial strategies and clear reporting.
