Norma oversees the recruiting team and the onboarding process to find and attract the best talent in the wealth management sector. She joined Oakbrook Solutions (which became F2 Strategy in 2023) in 2007 as an account manager supporting the relationship management team with key clients and building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with field consultants. Prior to this, Norma worked at U.S. Bank for over 15 years in operations and middle office roles in the trust and custody departments. She resides in Philadelphia.

I enjoy watching how things have evolved so much over the years in the wealth industry. By leveraging new and ever-changing technology, wealth management companies have become far more efficient, and client information is so easily accessible.
