Wealthtech Powerhouses Join F2 Strategy’s "Executives in Residence" Program

SAN FRANCISCO – June 1, 2023 – F2 Strategy, a wealthtech management consulting company serving complex wealth advisory firms, today announced the addition of two new members to its Executives in Residence (EIR) program. Well-established senior wealth management professionals Joe Nadreau and Jaclyn Stanton bring more than 50 years of combined experience to this group of forward-thinking wealthtech experts.

Nadreau recently retired from Wells Fargo Advisors after a 24-year career where he served as managing director since 1999. Specializing in corporate strategy and innovation, he also led the Digital & Automated Investing group, which consisted of the self-directed (WellsTrade) team and the Digital Advice (Intuitive Investor®) offerings responsible for improving the business platforms for financial advisors and clients. In addition, Nadreau oversaw several merger integrations, including Prudential Securities, AG Edwards and Wachovia Securities. Nadreau was also a member of the Wells Fargo Advisors Operating Committee.

“I’m excited to tackle this new challenge and add my experience to the deep bench of knowledge at F2 Strategy. I loved innovating and strategizing within the walls of Wells Fargo and I’m looking forward to broadening my views given the caliber of my new colleagues and the high level of insight and research that F2 Strategy is known for,” noted Nadreau.

Stanton joins F2 Strategy after spending five years at Thrivent, a Fortune 500 Service Firm, as Vice President of RIA Operations and the Director of Advice Strategy. While there, she was responsible for leading the Advice Center of Excellence and overseeing field training, strategic partnerships, and Advice Product Teams. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Digital Advice at MoneyGuidePro and held multiple leadership positions at Ameriprise Financial Services for more than eight years.

“The marrying of (human) advice and technology is dear to my heart and essential for driving quality engagement. Simplicity matters and I am eager to share my insights and learn from this prestigious group,” Stanton said.

"At F2 Strategy, we firmly believe in the transformative potential of technology to revolutionize and enhance the ways that wealth management professionals operate and serve their clients," said Doug Fritz, co-founder and CEO of F2 Strategy. "We're excited to welcome aboard Joe and Jaci, whose expertise and vision will help us unleash the full potential of technology and drive positive change for our clients."

Launched in September 2022 with an initial cohort of four C-level executives, F2 Strategy’s EIR program has since expanded to include 10 industry luminaries. The firm invites accomplished wealthtech professionals to fulfill a year-long residency that is designed to feature as many as a dozen members at any given time.
