Doug and Liz Fritz founded F2 Strategy in Silicon Valley in 2016.
Doug is a veteran CTO with more than two decades of experience working at some of the industry's most well known firms including First Republic Bank and Wells Fargo Wealth Management Group. Doug is also an accomplished industry thought-leader who speaks on podcasts and conferences across the industry. Doug is a winner of the 2021 ThinkAdvisor Thought Leader Luminary award and a judge in several awards programs.
Liz brings 20 years of experience working with some of the most well-known global brands in the HNW and UHNW space such as Wells Fargo Private Bank, Abbott Downing, U.S. Bank, and BNP Paribas. She speaks at industry events, is an awards program judge, and is a frequent guest on industry podcasts as well. Liz is a Consulting Magazine Women Leaders in Consulting 2025 Honoree.
The Fritzs moved F2's headquarters to Chicago in 2023, where they now reside.
