Aemen has spent over seven years working in data and analytics across finance, fintech, and digital marketing. Her experience includes building predictive models, creating dashboards, automating reporting, and bringing data from different systems together. She enjoys working through complex problems and turning them into practical solutions that make people’s jobs easier and help them make better decisions.

Predict the future: What do you think technology will enable wealth and asset management firms to do five years from now that they cannot do today?

I think technology will automate much more of the repetitive work and make predictive analytics part of everyday decision-making. Wealth and asset management firms will be better equipped to anticipate client needs and identify potential risks, giving teams more time to focus on clients and strategic decisions.

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?

Very excited to work with the US market and explore more opportunities in the analytics space.

Helping people solve problems is what motivates me most.
