She brings more than 12 years of experience supporting asset and wealth managers across portfolio management, investment operations, derivatives, and client advisory services. Ariane specializes in portfolio analysis, performance reporting, trade execution, operational transformation, and investment analytics, helping organizations improve efficiency, strengthen risk management practices, and enhance the client experience. Her background includes supporting separately managed account strategies, portfolio monitoring, derivatives operations, collateral management, valuation, and reporting initiatives while partnering with portfolio managers, traders, operations teams, and client stakeholders to deliver effective investment solutions.

Based in Philadelphia, Ariane enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants with friends, and has traveled to England, Italy, Costa Rica, and destinations across the United States. She is also a fan of Philadelphia’s professional sports teams and the Miami Hurricanes.

What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now?  

Be a sponge. Stay open to learning a wide variety of things, even when they do not directly relate to your current role. Every experience can provide new perspectives, introduce different ways of thinking, and uncover interests you may not have otherwise considered. Over time, that curiosity helps you become more well-rounded both professionally and personally.

What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?  

The ability to work effectively from almost anywhere. Advances in technology have made it much easier to collaborate with colleagues and teams across locations, whether in the office, at home, or across different regions.

What are you most passionate about in your role?

I am passionate about helping clients solve complex problems. I enjoy understanding their challenges, working through the details, and developing practical solutions that make a meaningful impact.
