Audrey Hagen is a Solution Engineer at F2 Strategy, where she turns client conversations into technology solutions that fit the way people actually work. Her greatest strength is listening closely, asking the right questions, and translating what she hears into clear requirements and a practical plan for delivery.
Since 2019, Audrey has been a hands-on consultant with Callaway Cloud Consulting, now part of F2 Strategy, delivering projects for financial technology, healthcare technology, and SaaS companies, as well as nonprofits. Her work spans requirements gathering, CRM and Rev Ops, managed services, system consolidations, and automation. She uses AI development tools to speed up builds and to document and catalog system components, and she connects third-party tools such as DocuSign so clients get more out of the platforms they already own.
Audrey began her career as a software engineer at Tektronix and a programmer at UniLink, then spent nearly two decades as an independent technology consultant. That engineering foundation lets her quickly learn and work across any software platform. She holds a BS in business administration from Bryant University and an MS in computer science from Montana State University. Audrey lives in Jackson, WY.
To me, it means technology that gives people their time back. Much of my consulting career was spent with small nonprofits, where the right system, chosen to fit a tight budget, let a small staff focus on their mission instead of spreadsheets. The same idea applies to an advisory firm: the best technology fades into the background so people can do their best work.
Discovery is my favorite part of any project, the moment when a client describes how their day really works and the right solution starts to take shape.
I’m inspired when I really connect with a client and get to watch them grow in their role. Over the course of a project, their days become smoother, the work that used to slow them down starts happening on its own, and they gain the confidence to take on bigger things. Knowing I helped make their work easier, and seeing them thrive because of it, is the best part of what I do.
