Bella is an Analyst at F2 Strategy, where she supports consulting and investment operations initiatives through data analysis, research, project coordination, and client deliverables. She brings experience developing reporting and dashboard solutions, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping clients navigate operational and technology-related challenges. Bella joined F2 Strategy after completing a consulting internship with the firm. During her internship, she contributed to the development of client-facing Power BI dashboards and presentations, conducted data analysis to support strategic decision-making, and helped advance project management and client delivery efforts. Bella is particularly interested in asset owner operations and SimCorp. She is based in West Chester, Pennsylvania and loves to sew. What started as a part-time job in college has quickly taken up all of her free time (and living room space).

What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now? 

I would tell someone just starting out in the industry to stay curious and keep up with industry trends and world news. Understanding what is happening in the FinTech landscape and the world beyond is more valuable than many people realize. Staying current not only helps develop stronger business knowledge, but it can also become an easy point of connection with clients, colleagues, and mentors. Some of the most impactful business connections start with a conversation about a recent industry development, so staying informed can be an important part of building your professional network. 

Who or what inspires you in your job? 

I am inspired by our Analyst class. We have a very bright cohort of young professionals who constantly inspire me.
