Ben Smith is a Client Partner at F2 Strategy where he helps investment organizations solve complex challenges by connecting them with the right expertise, solutions, and delivery teams. Over his career, Ben has developed a unique perspective that spans client engagement, business development, operations, recruiting, and marketing, allowing him to bring both strategic insight and practical execution to every client relationship.

Ben has a deep understanding of consulting delivery, and the challenges investment organizations face when undertaking transformation initiatives. He serves as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, helping align business objectives with solutions across operational strategy, target operating model design, system selection, and implementation.

Ben is located in West Chester, PA. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, tackling home improvement projects, and golfing. A dedicated Eagles fan, he is also known for solving Rubik’s Cubes and possessing an impressive knowledge of 1980s rock music.

I help clients answer questions and address challenges they cannot achieve on their own. In many ways I help connect clients with the solvers and ensure they move toward a better work life.
