Bernadette is controller at F2 Strategy. She has worked in accounting and finance for over 20 years, primarily for service organizations. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and her career journey has included responsibilities in accounting, human resources, technology and facilities management. Along with operational responsibilities, she has taken opportunities to create and model valuable reports which facilitated strategic decision-making. Bernadette has achieved a Certified Management Accountant designation, Florida CPA license and Jack Welch MBA. 

Bernadette is married with two grown children. She lives in Daytona Beach, Florida and enjoys spending time outdoors. She and her husband are avid motorcyclists. When not riding, they work with Habitat for Humanity as well as help plan and participate in fundraising events to benefit veterans and others in need.

I have a passion for learning and continuous improvement and am delighted to be part of an organization that shares my goals and values.

Who or what inspires you in your job?

Without a question my team inspires me in my job! I am a firm believer that Together Everyone Achieves More. It’s super exciting to me to support each other in conquering team objectives, celebrating wins, learning together from losses, and inspiring each other to persevere.
