What does the phrase, “Do Good with Tech” mean to you?

It means using technology intentionally — not just to automate or modernize, but to create outcomes that genuinely improve the lives of clients, advisors, and investors. “Doing good” is about transparency, accessibility, and trust. It’s about designing solutions that reduce friction, expand access to advice, and help firms operate with integrity. Technology is powerful, but the impact comes from how thoughtfully we apply it.

What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

The biggest shift has been the mindset around technology. When I started, tech was often seen as a cost center or a necessary upgrade. Today, it’s viewed as a strategic differentiator — a core part of how firms grow, compete, and deliver value. The rise of cloud-native platforms, data interoperability, and AI has transformed what’s possible and raised expectations across the board.

Who or what inspires you in your job?

I’m inspired by the people who are willing to challenge the status quo — the leaders who see beyond “how we’ve always done it” and push for better experiences, better data, and better outcomes. I’m also inspired by the teams on the ground who make transformation real. Their creativity, resilience, and commitment to clients are what drive this industry forward.
