Brian is Director, Head of AI, Data and Digital Transformation, Asset Management at F2 Strategy. Joining from Meradia, he brings 30 years of experience helping investment organizations unlock the value of their data through modern architectures, AI, governance frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and better decision-making.

Brian has built and led enterprise data management, governance, and architecture programs for some of the industry's most complex organizations. His expertise spans AI and machine learning, modern data platforms, cloud transformation, portfolio management data, reference data, vendor management, and operational change. He is knowledgeable in Arcesium, Snowflake, Databricks, and Finbourne platforms, helping firms establish data as a strategic business asset.

Brian has held senior leadership roles with Acadian Asset Management, Nomura, and Thomson Reuters, leading large-scale data transformation programs, governance initiatives, and enterprise architecture modernization efforts. He’s also a recognized industry thought leader and author of Data Quality Engineering in Financial Services. Brian is based outside of Boston.
