Brian Lollar is a Managing Director at F2 Strategy with more than 25 years of experience in investment accounting, operating model design, system implementations, and front-to-back business transformation, helping organizations align strategic objectives with scalable technology solutions.

Brian has deep expertise in investment operations and the technologies that support them. Prior to joining F2, he held senior leadership roles at Meradia, Accenture, InvestTech Systems Consulting, and Janus Capital Group, where he advised clients on large-scale transformation initiatives, investment accounting modernization, data strategy, and enterprise system implementations.  

Brian has expertise with SimCorp Dimension and has worked extensively with many of the industry's leading investment management platforms. Whether supporting a system implementation, data conversion, or business transformation effort, he focuses on helping clients reduce complexity, improve scalability, and build sustainable operating models.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Brian works closely with clients across North America to modernize investment operations and position their organizations for long-term success through thoughtful transformation and effective execution.
