What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now?

One piece of advice I would give to someone just starting in the industry is to "dare to learn." Don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone and take on new challenges. Ask questions, stay curious, remain open to growth, and continuously seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills. Some of the best learning experiences come from embracing the unknown.
