Before joining F2 Strategy, Chris spent more than two decades at SEI. Throughout her career, she has led global teams, redesigned operating models and workflows, developed business and functional requirements, and supported large-scale technology initiatives. She brings deep expertise in Trust 3000, SWP, corporate actions operations, and platform conversions.
At F2, Chris has partnered with clients across the wealth and investment management industry on a range of strategic and operational transformation initiatives. Her work has included leading business requirements gathering, workflow design, UI/UX development, and CRM integration for a digital prospecting, onboarding, and account-opening platform built for a global IT services firm. She also developed an automated account fee validation tool to support a system conversion for a global asset manager and created the procedures and workflows that support fee processing. Chris helped a global transfer agency navigate a major platform migration by assessing organizational impacts, analyzing staffing needs, and developing interim tracking and operational tools that increased capacity while reducing risk during the transition.
