Christelle Mundele
Christelle is a Senior Consultant at F2 Strategy with over 10 years of experience. She possesses deep investment accounting knowledge across equities, fixed income and derivative instruments, as well as extensive experience with complex corporate action market events. Her focus is on operations and technology transformation across investments and fund servicing.
Christelle has worked closely with a large investment management firm on the restructuring of their product, data analytics and distribution functions to streamline processes and reduce risk. She is currently supporting a fund accounting conversion team for a large service provider, including the reconciliation of complex positions, tax lots, and ledger balances to ensure accurate client transitions and clear break resolution.
Christelle previously served as an Assistant Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman where she was Section Head of Central Pricing, overseeing a team of 30 members. She was responsible for valuing over 1,000 mutual, hedge and ETF funds across 100 clients, ensuring daily transfer agency and reporting deadlines were met. She also presented at client due diligence meetings and developed tools and process improvements to support client objectives, while building high-performing teams.
She also helped drive technology development to automate fair value pricing workflows and enhance data integration across platforms. Additionally, she has supported multi-provider assessments, current-state reviews, and initiatives focused on strengthening controls, improving data management, and optimizing operational workflows.

To me, 'Do Good with Tech' means using technology to solve real-world problems, create positive outcomes, and empower others to succeed.
What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?
Since I started out, the industry's rapid pace of innovation has created constant opportunities to learn new skills and stay ahead of emerging trends.
Who or what inspires you in your job?
I'm inspired by the opportunity to combine creative thinking and technical expertise to help clients solve challenges in ways they may not have previously considered; it’s incredibly rewarding and one of the most fulfilling parts of my work.
