Clay Corcimiglia is a Consultant at F2 Strategy where he focuses on AI and machine learning, data and digital transformation, and performance and analytics modernization, helping organizations build next-generation operating models driven by high-quality data and intelligent automation. He has played a key role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives spanning data platform vendor selection, analytics modernization, performance technology implementations, and operating model design.  

Clay has been instrumental in advancing F2's internal AI capabilities. He helped shape the firm's AI strategy and roadmap, led training programs focused on prompt engineering and AI-enabled workflows, and supports the practical application of emerging technologies across the organization.  

Outside of work, he enjoys baseball, skiing, golf, pickleball, and spending time outdoors. He is also a dedicated Philadelphia sports fan and proudly describes himself as slightly above average at ping pong. Clay lives in West Chester, PA.

What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now?

Find a love for learning and stay curious. Willingness and capacity to learn is the first step in becoming great at anything.

What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

Cop out answer: AI. I entered the industry early 2022. AI became useful mid-2023 and has since transformed how we operate as a firm.
