Volunteer for complex projects because that is where the most valuable learning happens. The problems that challenge you and force you to think differently are the ones that will help you grow. Treat difficult projects and issues as an opportunity to build expertise because every tough problem you help to solve increases your confidence and capability for the next one.
The biggest change I've seen since I started in the industry is that every workstream is now global in nature. Teams, stakeholders, and clients are all spread out across multiple countries and time zones, making international coordination a standard part of the job.
I am inspired by the dedication, expertise, and professionalism of my teammates. Their commitment to provide our clients with the highest level of service motivate me to deliver my best work every day.
