Don is a Senior Consultant at F2 Strategy, bringing over 15 years of experience within the financial services industry. He is a trusted leader that has managed a variety of mutual fund client service teams with a reputation for high performance client satisfaction. He prides himself on the relationships he has built over his career. 

Don has supported numerous accounting conversions for a large service provider, including leading workstreams for a global investment manager transitioning back-office functions between providers. In this role, he was responsible for issue resolution, escalation management, and ensuring projects remained on track and delivered successfully. 

Don previously spent 6 years at Brown Brothers Harriman as a client Services Manager within Global Investment Services, where he oversaw daily operations for mutual fund clients, ensuring accurate and timely valuation and reporting. He worked closely across income, trades, analysis, performance, financial reporting, and audit functions. He also played a central role in project management, leading multiple fund conversions, including the simultaneous launch of 30 mutual funds using a transfer-in-kind model. 

Earlier in his career, Don spent eight years at State Street Corporation managing client service and securities valuation teams. Across roles, he has built extensive experience supporting middle-office, transfer agent, and investment manager onboarding and conversion activities.  Don is based in Boston.

Focus on a specific product and build deep subject matter expertise in that area.

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?

I am most passionate about collaborating with colleagues and clients, building connections, and working side by side to accomplish shared goals.

Who or what inspires you in your job?

I have been really lucky to have a number of colleagues that I consider mentors. They have been incredibly helpful along the way, always willing to answer questions, offer guidance, and share their experiences. I have leaned on them quite a bit, and they have played a big role in helping me grow and become better at what I do. They are my inspiration.
