Gilbert is a Senior Managing Director in the Asset Management group at F2 Strategy. He leads Canadian business operations and is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing delivery, and business development. Gilbert was a founding partner of Intelligo Partners, growing the firm to become a leading investment solutions consultancy in Canada, and leading to an acquisition by F2 Strategy.

Over the past 20plus years, Gilbert has helped Canada's largest asset managers, wealth managers, and pension funds achieve their growth objectives through platform implementations, digital transformations, and outsourcing engagements.

With his deep industry experience and hands-on approach, Gilbert is a trusted advisor to many client executives, informing long-term vision, capital budgeting, and organizational structures.

Gilbert lives in Toronto with his wife and twin boys and in his time off, enjoys golfing and boating with his family.
