Gregg Weintraub is a Director at F2 Strategy. Coming from Meradia, he has worked for more than 40 years in the areas of investment management, investment operations, performance measurement, data strategy, and business transformation. He leverages decades of industry leadership to help firms navigate complex change initiatives and achieve sustainable business outcomes. Gregg advised clients on transformational initiatives spanning client experience, front-office and middle-office operations, investment accounting, performance measurement, reporting, and outsourcing strategies.

Throughout his career, Gregg has developed a reputation for combining deep industry expertise with a practical, client-focused approach to problem solving. Prior to joining Meradia, he spent more than 20 years at State Street  

Outside of work, Gregg enjoys kayaking, fishing, and travel. His travels have taken him across Africa, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and 49 U.S. states. He also serves as Chairman of the Global Youth Transformation Initiative and remains active in supporting industry and community organizations. He lives in New Jersey.
