Heather is a Senior Consultant at F2 Strategy, where she partners with alternative investment firms to lead finance and operations transformations, business analysis, and system implementations and upgrades. She brings deep expertise in SS&C Geneva and fund administration operations and manages client relationships end-to-end.

Heather began her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and private banking at J.P. Morgan before transitioning to consulting. She combines deep technical expertise with a practical, execution-focused approach to client work.

She resides in North Florida with her husband and son. Outside of work, she’s a serious home cook and enjoys traveling with her family.
