Henil Satra brings a strong blend of computer science expertise and business transformation insight to the design and delivery of modern investment data ecosystems. He supports global investment managers in translating complex data architectures into scalable, business-ready solutions, with experience spanning data engineering, data governance, analytics, and investment data transformation initiatives.

Henil's experience includes designing and validating Snowflake-based data pipelines, building optimized data abstractions, and implementing resiliency and governance standards that support long-term scalability. He also supports UAT and reconciliation efforts using Python and SQL, helping improve data accuracy and transparency across technical and business teams. With experience across AI, machine learning, performance benchmarking, and cloud-based data platforms, he helps clients build modern operating models that support evolving business needs.

Based in New York City, Henil enjoys cooking, traveling, and horology. He has traveled extensively, including visits to Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Thailand, and India. Outside of work, he is a former varsity hip-hop dancer, actively follows competitive esports, and can play the keyboard and whistle any note on command.
