What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now?

‍As someone just starting off in the industry myself, I would tell someone entering the field that having an openness to learn something new every day will take you far. Constantly improving and fine-tuning your skill set will be vital for a seamless transition from college into the industry. My final piece of advice would be to turn setbacks into motivation to keep moving forward; nobody is perfect and there will be times you doubt yourself, but having persistence and pride in your work will take you a long way.

Who or what inspires you in your job?

‍What inspires me most in my job is my team. I was welcomed with open arms by my colleagues, who have taught, given demonstrations, answered countless questions, and much more. Having a team that is organized, supportive, and efficient provides all the inspiration I need.
