Jack Ellis
Jack Ellis is an Analyst at F2 Strategy with experience supporting investment operations, performance analytics, and technology transformation initiatives across the investment management industry. While at Meradia, Jack contributed to a variety of engagements involving operating model assessments, technology evaluations, data analysis, and performance-related initiatives. His work has included supporting proof-of-concept exercises, vendor-related assessments, data validation activities, and strategic recommendations designed to improve efficiency and strengthen decision-making capabilities.
He lives in West Chester, PA. Outside of work, Jack enjoys golfing, baseball, working out, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He also serves as Commissioner of the firm’s Fantasy Football League and is a passionate supporter of the Minnesota Vikings, Notre Dame athletics, and Manchester City.

What are you most passionate about in your role?
I’m most passionate about deeply understanding client challenges, working closely within their teams, and translating those insights into strategic, practical solutions that create real impact. The learning exposure is incredibly high, and I’m constantly being challenged to adapt and grow. I also really value the opportunity to travel and experience new places, which adds another dimension to the work.
What personal or professional motto best reflects your approach to life or work?
"Do the little things well, and the big things follow." I believe that consistent attention to detail lays the foundation for long-term success. Whether it is a small task or a complex project, I strive to approach every responsibility with the same level of care and commitment. Focusing on doing the little things well helps build trust, drive results, and create opportunities for bigger accomplishments.
