Jaelee is an Analyst at F2 Strategy where she supports private equity operations, system implementations, and data validation, with her strong expertise in waterfall calculations, investor-level reporting, and fund setup. She brings a solid understanding of private equity fund structures and allocation methodologies.

Jaelee embeds within client teams to architect, configure, and implement advanced technology platforms, supporting the delivery of complex systems solutions. She plays a key role across data intake, system configuration, validation, and extensive testing, and was a key contributor to the successful go-live of the platform. Post-implementation, she supports ongoing reconciliation and reporting accuracy, including developing Excel-based tools using VBA and Power Query to reconcile system outputs to NAV and allocation data.

Prior to F2, Jaelee held roles in fund operations and fund administration, where she supported portfolio valuation, capital activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting for private equity funds. She is known for her strong organization, reliability, and ownership of complex deliverables in fast-paced environments.

‍I’m most passionate about seeing a project I’ve been heavily involved in come to life and successfully implemented for end users. There’s a lot of satisfaction in knowing that the work I’ve done behind the scenes directly contributes to a system that teams rely on day to day.
