Jeremy Welch is Director at F2 Strategy where he helps asset management firms navigate challenges across performance, risk and analytics, data and digital transformation, client experience, and investment operations. He handles front-to-back transformations and modernization initiatives involving vendor platforms, outsourcing strategies, and operating model design.  

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Jeremy is an expert in investment operations, performance measurement, project management, and outsourcing. He has led global onboarding programs, managed large-scale implementations, and worked closely with clients and vendors to design scalable operating models, improve operational efficiency, and support successful transformation initiatives.  

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with family, tackling DIY home remodeling projects, snowboarding, traveling, and following soccer. He lives in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now? 

Be curious and open minded. Those two things will get you a long way in this industry. Having a positive perspective and dedication to continually improving your skill set will carry your career upwards.
