He specializes in performance and attribution, helping clients improve data quality, troubleshoot complex data challenges, and optimize how information is used across reporting, analytics, and investment operations.

Coming from Meradia, Jim brings deep expertise in performance and attribution data, data mapping, and cross-functional financial datasets, with hands-on experience across platforms including FactSet, Eagle, and Opturo. Prior to Meradia, Jim held positions at SEI Investments, State Street, and BNP Paribas Financial Services, where his experience spanned product management, business and data analysis, market data management, corporate actions, and systems configuration. Having worked as both an operational user and technical specialist, Jim brings a practical understanding of how data, technology, and operations intersect across the investment lifecycle.
