What would you tell someone just starting out in the wealth or asset management industry today?

Expect changes and buy ous. M&A activity is the reality of our industry. You must constantly upskill or get left behind.

Predict the future: What do you think technology will enable wealth and asset management firms to do five years from now that they cannot do today?

AI will handle the quantitative, back-office, and routine rebalancing tasks. This means a single human executive won't just manage tech; they will orchestrate an incredibly efficient system that allows the firm to service 10x the clients at a fraction of the cost, without losing the high-net-worth personal touch.

What has changed the most in wealth and asset management since you started in the industry?

We've moved from siloed legacy software to integrated, intuitive ecosystems that are easier to work with.
