Jonathan Boersma is Head of GIPS®at F2 Strategy. He oversees projects focused on investment performance, operational outsourcing, compliance, and consulting services related to the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®). Leveraging more than 30 years of financial services experience, Jonathan helps asset managers, asset owners, OCIOs, and wealth managers assess current operating models, identify opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction, and implement future-state operating models. Prior to joining F2 Strategy, he spent 17 years at CFA Institute, where he served as Global Head of Professional Standards and Executive Director of the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®), leading the development and promotion of the standards worldwide.

Based in Charlottesville, Virginia, Jonathan enjoys woodworking and hunting. He has traveled to 44 states and 35 countries.
