I’m based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and recently joined F2 Strategy as a Senior Analyst. I bring a background in financial services, investment valuations, operational risk management, and process improvement. Prior to joining F2, I spent over three years at Chatham Financial, where I worked in investment consulting and private market valuations, supporting institutional clients across alternative investments. My experience included financial analysis, improving operational workflows, enhancing reporting processes, and collaborating across teams to develop more efficient, data-driven solutions. Before Chatham, I worked at Corebridge Financial as an Operational Risk Analyst, where I gained experience in risk management and financial services operations. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of technology, data, and business operations, and how they can be used to solve complex challenges and improve client outcomes. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, particularly fishing, hiking, and running, as well as spending time with family and friends.

What would you tell someone just starting out in the wealth or asset management industry today?

Never stop learning. This industry moves quickly, and there are more newsletters and podcasts than anyone can follow, so pick two or three you enjoy and make them a habit. A little time every day adds up over a career.

What are you most passionate about in your role at F2 Strategy?

I love improving systems and removing operational friction. When we simplify a process or eliminate a manual step, advisors and operations teams get time back to spend on their clients, and that’s the part of the work I find most rewarding.

What has changed the most in wealth and asset management since you started in the industry?

AI. Work that once took days of gathering, cleaning, and reading data can now be done in minutes, which means firms can spend more of their time on judgment and client relationships and less on assembling information.
