Jose Michaelraj is Senior Manager at F2 Strategy where he resolves performance, operations, and technology challenges for asset managers, asset owners, and custodians. He has extensive experience in performance transformation, improving processing efficiencies across asset classes including private markets and derivatives, and enhancing performance validation processes through the use of data, analytics, and automation.

Jose focuses on Asset Owners, AI & Machine Learning, Performance, Risk & Analytics, and Asset Managers. He has led operating model transformation initiatives, performance oversight optimization efforts, data catalog development programs utilizing machine learning, and performance validation tool development. His expertise spans performance measurement, risk analytics, data quality, workflow optimization, and investment operations technology.

Outside of work, Jose enjoys reading philosophy, has published a book and is currently writing another, and maintains a philosophy blog. Based in West Chester, he has traveled extensively, including visits to London, Switzerland, Paris, and Brussels.
