Josh Levitt brings more than 25 years of investment operations experience to F2 Strategy. As Chief Operating Officer for F2 Strategy, Josh is responsible for managing day-to-day consulting operations, overseeing project execution, directing strategic initiatives, supporting talent development, and managing financial and technology resources.

Josh has held leadership roles across consulting, asset servicing, and investment operations organizations, with deep experience in operating model design, investment accounting, outsourcing strategy, OCIO programs, data utilization, technology adoption, and process optimization. He works with clients to drive transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support long-term growth.

Prior to joining F2 Strategy, Josh served as a Senior Principal at Mercer Investment Solutions, leading global strategic change initiatives. His career also includes leadership positions at EY and State Street, where he focused on change management, strategy development, and operational transformation for investment management organizations.

Based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Josh enjoys cooking, playing guitar, spending time with family, and golfing. A former wedding coordinator, he has also traveled extensively, including trips to Ireland and the Czech Republic.
