Libby is a Senior Consultant at F2 Strategy, with more than 20 years of experience in hedge fund accounting, Geneva implementations, and operational systems integrations. She specializes in complex fund structures and investment types, reconciliations, reporting workflows, and scalable accounting processes across multi-strategy hedge funds, fund administrators, and private equity environments.

Most recently, Libby led a Geneva reinitialization effort at an $80B+ multi-manager platform, helping support a broader multi-year operational and technology initiative, where she was integral to its success. She previously led a Geneva and World Investor implementation for a $26B quantitative hedge fund, including full inception-to-date reconciliations across international hedge funds and managed accounts.

Known for her hands-on problem solving and collaborative approach, Libby has extensive experience with complex financial instruments, GAAP reporting enhancements, workflow design, and large-scale data reconciliations. Prior to F2 Strategy, she served as Controller for several hybrid fund-of-funds at a wealth management firm outside Philadelphia, Veritable, LP.

Libby lives outside Baltimore, Maryland with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she serves as Chair of her church’s Finance Council as well as Vice President of her children’s school’s PTA. She enjoys quilting, crafting, and Peloton rides.
