Lisa Deveaux is a Consultant at F2 Strategy. She is a Certified Project Management Professional with more than 20 years of experience in financial services, specializing in Agile project management, business analysis, and data integration. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale transformation initiatives for organizations including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD Bank, and SS&C. Her experience includes a $52.9 billion trust accounting conversion spanning 53,000 accounts and the delivery of an enterprise-wide operational risk platform designed to meet Basel II/III standards.

In recent years, Lisa has focused on Agile delivery and data warehouse initiatives, helping trust and fiduciary organizations modernize legacy systems through integrated data models, self-service reporting, and improved data quality frameworks. She brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, governance, testing strategy, and executing business-critical projects in highly regulated environments.

Based in Brooklyn, Lisa teaches and practices Pilates and enjoys journaling, reading, traveling, crocheting, and baking.

What would you tell someone just starting out in the industry right now?

Three things:

1. The industry is small, establish your personal board of directors that you can bounce ideas off and gain solid advice from.
   
   
2. Stay curious, education is a continuous process of refining your toolkit to perform your job.
   
   
3. Trust is always a motivating factor. The stakeholders who trust you will carry you through the most challenging projects.
