Liz Hamilton is a Senior Consultant at F2 Strategy. She brings experience across institutional custody, trust operations, retirement services, banking operations, product management, and project leadership. As a business subject matter expert and project manager, Liz supports complex custody, trust, and retirement business transitions, operational integrations, regulatory and compliance initiatives, and process improvement efforts.

Prior to joining F2, Liz managed programs for FIS's Global Plus product suite and served as Chief Operating Officer of Aon Trust Company, where she helped launch a de novo Illinois state-chartered trust company, led vendor selection and trust accounting system implementation, and supported the conversion of a $2 billion collective investment trust. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Union Bank, Bank of America, and LaSalle Bank, managing institutional custody businesses and leading the development, conversion, and launch of money market portal platforms representing billions in assets under administration.

Based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area, Liz specializes in project and product management, custody settlements, trust operations, vendor management, policy and procedure development, business testing, technical documentation, training, and operational transformation.
