What has changed the most since you started out in the industry?

The biggest change since I started in the industry has been the pace of technology and automation. Processes that were once highly manual are now increasingly digitized, data-driven, and automated. We've moved from relying on spreadsheets, emails, and manual workflows to integrated platforms, real-time data, cloud technologies, and now AI-assisted tools. While the technology has changed dramatically, the core fundamentals- building relationships, exercising sound judgment, and delivering value to clients, remain just as important today as they were when I started.

What are three words that describe how you do your job?

Analytical, Supportive, Practical

What personal or professional motto best reflects your approach to life or work?

I'm a realist. I focus on understanding the situation as it is, not as I wish it to be, and then finding the best path forward.
